The role involves answering calls, handling inquiries, and ensuring high daily call answer rates and first-call resolutions while contributing to a safe, efficient customer experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to resolve inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and handle customer queries.
• Adhere to schedule and complete tasks.
• Provide first level support for customer issues.
