Job summary

Pinnacle Propane is seeking a Customer Care Representative (Seasonal) to handle day-to-day front-office activities within the Customer Care department. You will work closely with the Customer Care Supervisor to ensure satisfactory service and support administrative tasks in the front office.

Responsibilities include answering calls, handling queries, providing first-level support for complaints, researching inquiries, and monitoring daily performance.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Effective communication with employees and customers.
