You will work with sales and operations to ensure timely fulfillment, maintain professional communication, and support customers across local travel. The role emphasizes reliability, problem-solving, and positive client interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required for company mileage.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch and provide order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
