Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative at the Service Center Cibolo to greet customers and deliver extraordinary service while coordinating Rental Car/Tow services and staying informed on insurance requirements.

The role requires 1+ years in a customer-facing environment, strong verbal and written communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced shop setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite.
• Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor work volume scheduled for the center and help manage load levels.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow services to provide one-stop service for customers.
