You will monitor daily workload, coordinate rental car partners, and support insurance authorizations, billing, and load-level processes to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in a customer-facing role, strong verbal and written communication, and comfort with multiple software systems such as MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience within a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, e.g., MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary service at the service center.
• Monitor work volume and coordinate load level requests as needed.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow to provide one-stop service for customers.
• Understand insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing, and load-level processes.
