• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, including MS Office Suite.
• Customer service oriented with ability to handle a fast-paced workload.

Responsibilities

• Greet internal and external customers and provide extraordinary service.
• Monitor work volume and recommend load level adjustments.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow providers to deliver one-stop service.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.
