Job summary

Caliber Collision's Service Center Farragut is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, manage daily load and workflow, and coordinate Rental Car partners for seamless service while maintaining insurer requirements knowledge.

You will support internal and external customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, navigate multiple software systems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, e.g., Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused and friendly demeanor in internal/external interactions.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with extraordinary service at the service center.
• Monitor work volume and suggest load level adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate Rental Car / Tow companies to provide one-stop service.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations and billing.
• Support a collaborative team environment to ensure timely service delivery.
