Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an onsite Dispatch Coordinator in New York, NY, to schedule customer service calls and manage technician calendars. You will ensure timely preventative maintenance, debrief daily with technicians, and coordinate with billing and support teams to move completed jobs through the process.

The role requires 2–5 years in service operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with precision.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customer calls for service and manage technician calendar.
• Coordinate labor scheduling to align technicians with customer needs.
• Communicate the action plan and services to be provided to customers.
• Ensure work meets customer expectations and follow up as needed.
• Escalate issues, resolve inquiries, and reconcile time/expenses as appropriate.
