The Customer Service Specialist helps us deliver on our promise by handling calls, scheduling service appointments, and keeping accurate records in a Windows/Web-based system. No prior industry experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Proficiently navigate a Windows-based & Web-based system to track routes and optimize current and future schedules.
• Apply training to schedule technicians to minimize drive time and suggest alternate routes when needed.
• Use listening skills and probing questions to identify customer concerns and needs.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information including call details and payments.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and safeguard customer privacy.
