Qualifications

• Retail or wholesale experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Green industry knowledge a plus.
• Willing to learn new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers in person, via the phone or online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership on new technologies and processes.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory and store tasks while maintaining safety.
