Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Willing to learn new technologies and processes
• Able to think quickly and make sound decisions
• Inventory experience helpful
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to SiteOne customers
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers
• Assist customers in person, by phone, or online orders
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers
• Collaborate with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and processes
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and other store tasks while keeping a safe environment
