Job summary
SiteOne Landscape Supply is hiring bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences to commercial and residential clients in the green industry. You’ll manage relationships, assist via in-person, phone, or online orders, and handle inventory for pickup or delivery.
We seek candidates with at least 1 year in retail/wholesale, strong customer service, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting, preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bilingual proficiency - English/Spanish preferred
- Green industry knowledge a plus
- Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
- Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions
- Inventory management experience helpful
- Must lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers
- Assist customers with questions in person, by phone, or online ordering
- Pull and prepare inventory orders for pick up or delivery
- Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers
- Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies
- Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store tasks while maintaining safety
