SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Customer Sales & Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences for commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will build strong customer relationships, assist with questions and orders, and help manage inventory and store tasks to support sales growth.

This role emphasizes customer obsession, teamwork, and safety in a fast-paced retail/wholesale environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation product.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience helpful.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions and needs, in person, via phone or online ordering.
• Respond to and resolve more complex questions and issues as expertise grows.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and processes.
