Job summary

DCC Propane, LLC is seeking a customer service and inside sales professional to deliver exceptional service to our customers in Michigan. You will be the primary liaison between customers and the service team, handling product information, order processing, and bills with accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities include data entry, maintaining customer records, resolving inquiries, and supporting light office tasks while upholding safety, integrity, and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an office environment preferred.
• Customer service or inside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in person.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints; process counter transactions and payments.
• Document and update customer records; maintain billing information and perform data entry.
• Assist with light collections and respond to billing inquiries as assigned.
• Coordinate with service team to ensure safe, timely, and efficient service for customers.
