Job summary

Numotion is seeking a Customer Care/Order Processor in Lombard, IL. You will handle new equipment requests, verify insurance, and enter orders to keep processes moving efficiently.

Responsibilities include communicating with customers about finances, coordinating evaluations, and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels. A year of customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent education.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers with new equipment requests and collects demographics, entering data into the order system.
• Verifies insurance/funding eligibility and explains financial responsibilities to customers.
• Enters orders into the processing system and tracks progress to completion.
• Responds to inquiries and escalations to improve satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Coordinates scheduling of evaluations and adjustments requests; resolves issues to avoid unnecessary transfers.
