Job summary

Numotion in Dallas is seeking a Customer Service/Order Processor to manage new equipment requests, verify insurance eligibility, gather required documentation, and ensure timely processing of orders.

You will communicate with customers to explain financial responsibilities, coordinate scheduling with technicians, and strive to resolve issues on first contact while upholding Numotion’s standards of service and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new equipment requests and gather demographics.
• Verify insurance/funding eligibility and explain financial responsibilities.
• Enter orders accurately in the processing system and track progress.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints to improve satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Coordinate scheduling of technicians for evaluations and adjustments.
• Meet productivity and performance standards.
