Numotion, the leading provider of mobility products and services, seeks a customer service/order processing associate in Fresno, CA. You will handle new equipment requests, verify insurance eligibility, and ensure timely order movement through the processing system.

Responsibilities include data entry, customer inquiries resolution, scheduling of technicians, and upholding Numotion’s service standards. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new equipment requests and enter data in the order processing system.
• Verify insurance/funding eligibility and communicate financial responsibilities to customers.
• Enter orders accurately and move them through the processing system.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints to improve satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Coordinate scheduling of technicians for evaluations and adjustments.
• Meet productivity and performance standards.
