Job summary

Service Partners in Austin, TX is seeking a customer-focused team member to serve as the main contact for branch orders, providing product information and order support to customers.

You will collaborate with Outside Sales, Production, Insides Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure smooth fulfillment. The role requires a positive attitude, basic math, and strong communication, with local travel <10%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Insides Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
