Job summary

SPI - Specialty Products & Insulation is seeking a customer-focused team member in our Austin, TX branch to provide order support and product information to customers. You will collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication skills, and basic math abilities. Local travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide order support and product information to customers.
• Work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to fulfill orders.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
• Process dealer orders, requests and system-generated acknowledgements.
