Job summary

QXO is seeking a customer service professional to act as the key contact for our branch, handling order support and product information for customers. You will collaborate with sales, production, credit and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes positive customer rapport, strong problem-solving skills and clear verbal and written communication to maintain high service levels. Local travel and a physically active role are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information.
• Work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and provide world-class service.
• Demonstrate strong analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Process and review dealer orders, requests and system-generated acknowledgements.
