Job summary

Service Partners in Arlington, TX is seeking a customer service specialist to be the key contact for our branch, handling order support and product information for customers. You will collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit, and Delivery to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

You will maintain a positive rapport with customers, demonstrate world-class service, and apply strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
• Demonstrate strong analytics and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
• Proficient with computers to process dealer orders, requests and system acknowledgements.
