Job summary

Service Partners in Arlington, TX is seeking a customer-focused order support specialist to be the main point of contact for our local customers and collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery.

You will process dealer orders, provide product information, and help ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment while delivering world-class service in a fast-paced environment. Local travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 1–2 years in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
• Perform any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
