Job summary

Numotion, North America’s largest provider of mobility products and services, seeks a Director of Service Order Processing in Fresno, CA. You will oversee daily operations for Service Coordinators across locations, ensuring timely repair orders and high-quality customer service.

You will mentor coordinators, improve workflows, coordinate with service technicians, and address escalations within policy timelines while upholding Numotion’s leadership principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum of five years of operational work experience.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory, mentoring and/or coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the service order processing team in providing repair services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide direct coaching (performance and career) routinely.
• Coordinate service technicians’ activities, including scheduling and routing optimization.
• Address and resolve escalations with other Numotion departments within procedures timelines.
• Direct quality and timely assistance for customers with service and repair requests.
• Improve customer satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Review calls for quality to improve customer-service skills.
• Lead and implement Numotion service and repair best practices.
