Job summary

Numotion, the North America’s largest provider of mobility products and services, is seeking a Customer Care/Customer Service professional in Taunton, MA. You will handle new equipment requests, verify funding eligibility, and coordinate order movement through our processing system to ensure timely service delivery.

Responsibilities include accurate data entry, responding to inquiries, and de-escalating issues while supporting department initiatives and maintaining confidentiality and compliance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers with new equipment requests and enters data in the order processing system.
• Verifies insurance/funding eligibility and communicates financial responsibility to customers.
• Enters orders and ensures intake steps are completed accurately.
• Responds to customer inquiries and complaints promptly to improve satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Coordinates scheduling of technicians for evaluations and adjustments requests.
• Meets productivity and performance standards and supports department improvements.
