Job summary

DCC Propane, LLC seeks a Customer Data Coordinator to ensure accurate customer data entry and timely handling of batches, accounts, and payments. This on-site role backs up Customer Service, providing residential and commercial support with focus on data integrity and daily operating tasks.

Responsibilities include daily batch processing, timekeeping verification, reporting, and assisting with special projects. Local travel is minimal and office presence is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an office environment preferred.
• Customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residential and commercial customers via phone and in person.
• Enter, prove and post handheld batches daily; process payments and maintain customer accounts.
• Run daily and month-end reporting; assist with year-end reporting as needed.
• Coordinate and perform residential collections and manage billing inquiries.
