Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Assists customers with new equipment requests and collects demographics.
• Verifies insurance/funding eligibility and communicates financial responsibilities.
• Enters orders into the order processing system and ensures accurate intake steps.
• Responds to customer inquiries and resolves issues to improve satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Coordinates scheduling of ATPs and seating technicians for evaluations and adjustments.
• Maintains productivity and contributes to department initiatives.
