Numotion seeks a Customer Service/Order Processing associate to receive and implement equipment requests, verify funding eligibility, and coordinate services. You will manage data in the order system and assist customers through the funding and ordering process.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, scheduling ATPs and seating technicians, and ensuring timely delivery while upholding Numotion’s standards and confidentiality. Requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year of experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to listen effectively

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with new equipment requests and collect demographics
• Verify insurance/funding eligibility and communicate financial responsibility
• Enter orders accurately into the processing system
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues to improve customer satisfaction
• Coordinate scheduling of technicans for evaluations and adjustments
• Meet productivity and performance standards
• Support department initiatives and adhere to policies and confidentiality
