Job summary

Safelite AutoGlass is seeking a Customer Advocate to greet customers, handle incoming calls and emails, and manage work orders and invoicing in a fast-paced setting. This role emphasizes friendly service and efficient processes.

You will verify information, coordinate with the national center and dealers, and perform essential admin tasks to ensure smooth shop operations while supporting a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years telephone or admin experience required.
• Ability to deliver world-class customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome in-shop customers and resolve concerns quickly and creatively.
• Manage calls, emails and faxes for service issues, pricing, warranties, dispatch, and reschedules.
• Verify work orders, insurance, parts and required details to keep operations smooth.
• Handle invoices, buyouts, credit memos and rebills.
• Review dealer and national center orders and manage special accounts.
