Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or AR preferred.

• Experience with FieldRoutes and Google Workspace is a plus.
• Must have graduated high school, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls with a positive and professional attitude
• Provide friendly, helpful customer support and problem resolution
• Handle incoming sales calls and follow provided scripts accurately
• Manage accounts receivable: send reminders, follow up on late payments, maintain AR records and reports
• Work on various projects as assigned (administrative tasks, campaigns)
• Update and manage customer information in the CRM system (FieldRoutes)
• Utilize Google Workspace tools effectively
• Collaborate with team to ensure excellent service delivery
• Stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge with the sales lead
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving issues and routing as needed
• Document customer interactions and follow up on all questions
• Communicate frequent customer suggestions to troubleshoot
