• Prepare products according to established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic store environment, including customer areas and back-of-house.
• Uphold professional appearance and grooming standards at all times.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to support store operations during peak and off-peak hours.
• Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays when needed.
