Arrow Exterminators in Mobile, Alabama is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. The position is paid hourly based on experience.

In this role you will schedule services, process payments, update customer files, and reach out via outbound calls to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts are paid. You will join a collaborative team focused on excellent service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Professional appearance required.
• Ability to work a 40-hour week and some overtime.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external Service Center customers.
• Schedule services, take payments, and update customer files.
• Make outbound calls to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts are paid.
• Collaborate in a team-driven environment to meet monthly service goals.
