You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, scheduling, payments, and updating files to ensure a smooth client experience.

This role requires basic MS Office skills, a high school diploma, a professional appearance, and a willingness to work a 40-hour week with some overtime.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
