Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience processing transactions.
• At least 1 year customer experience, recommending and referring products/services.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Able to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Video interview after applying within 7 days.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in the lobby and assist with using the Citizens app or ATMs for simple transactions.
• Provide personalized financial advice and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits and answer questions while following policies.
