Citizens Bank is seeking a Teller to greet customers in our lobby, demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage, and deliver personalized support that helps customers reach financial goals. You will educate clients on Citizens products, respond to questions, and follow all cash-handling policies with accuracy and care.

You will collaborate with branch teams, handle transactions, and uphold exceptional service standards in a fast-paced retail banking environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience recommending and referring products/services.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to ask questions to identify needs and build lasting relationships.
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering excellent service.
• Comfort with using digital tools to support business goals.
• Flexibility to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
