Commonwealth Bank of Australia in Newman invites a Customer Banking Specialist to join our Multi-Channel Branch. In this role you’ll split time between our in-branch Retail service and our contact centre, helping customers with everyday banking and explaining digital options.

You’ll build connections, handle transactions, assess needs with Financial Health Checks, and assist with personal loans and cards. We provide ongoing training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering frontline banking or customer service in person or remotely.
• Ability to resolve customer inquiries with patience and accuracy.
• Comfort with learning new banking processes and digital tools.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with general banking transactions and enquiries.
• Build rapport with customers through conversations face-to-face and via channels.
• Promote and explain in-branch technology and digital banking options.
• Complete Financial Health Checks and process loan/credit card applications.
• Capture feedback and contribute to service improvements.
