Job summary

BankWest is seeking a customer-focused Universal Banker to greet customers, assess banking needs, and complete transactions with accuracy in the lobby, drive-up, or over the phone.

You will open and manage personal and business accounts, assist with web banking and debit cards, and identify opportunities to refer additional BankWest products and services to the customer, helping grow relationships and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ABA Universal Banker Certification Program completed.
• Bank trainee or intern experience.
• Experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine banking needs, serving as single point of contact.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier checks, wires, and ACH.
• Open/close personal and business accounts and offer additional services.
• Sell and refer BankWest products and services to customers.
• Identify dissatisfaction early and work to resolve issues.
