Job summary

Citizens Bankers are the face of the branch, building lasting relationships by providing trusted advice. The role involves helping customers with financial decisions, planning for the future, and introducing digital banking tools.

You’ll collaborate with specialists to address more complex needs, while maintaining compliance with financial policies and regulations. The position starts at a salary of $25 per hour and up, with 40 hours per week and weekend/evening shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting/exceeding goals
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs to improve relationships
• Proven success in building relationships and recommending/referring products and services
• Skills in using digital technology to support business goals
• Aptitude to solve problems and provide solutions to customer issues
• Ability to collaborate with teammates, partners and specialists
• Self-motivated, confident, and able to multitask
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
• Meet SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment checks and NMLS identifier

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs
• Introduce customers to digital banking via app and ATMs
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking for complex needs
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments
