Job summary

Citizens Bankers are the face of the branch, building lasting relationships by providing trusted financial advice and solutions. You will help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs, while guiding them to digital banking tools via our app and ATMs.

Expect a role focused on service, sales, and community engagement. The position requires a strong customer-service mindset, 2 years of sales experience, ability to meet goals, and willingness to work varied hours including

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Aptitude to identify needs and provide solutions.
• Ability to use digital tech to support business goals.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/evenings.
• Compliance with SAFE Act pre-employment checks.
• Willingness to work varied branch hours including weekends/evenings
• Compliance with SAFE Act pre-employment checks and NMLS ID requirements
• Video interview assessed after applying (within 7 days)

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking and assist with transactions.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.

• Follow all bank policies, including cash handling and regulatory requirements
