Job summary

Citizens Bankers are the face of the branch, delivering trusted advice and helping customers with everyday banking needs.

As a team member, you will identify customer goals, recommend financial solutions, and partner with specialists across Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking to meet more complex needs. Expect 40-hour weeks with potential weekend/evening hours and a starting pay of $25/hour and up.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED is required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience with goal attainment.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs to improve relationships.
• Proven ability to build relationships and refer products and services in person or by phone.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial recommendations and assist customers with solutions for spending, saving, borrowing and investing.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking channels (app/ATMs) and guide them through transactions.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking to address complex needs.
