Job summary

Citizens Bankers are the face of the branch, building lasting relationships by offering trusted advice. You’ll help customers with financial solutions and tailor plans to their goals, while promoting digital banking tools and collaborating with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams.

Expect a 40-hour week with potential weekends/evenings. A SAFE Act compliant candidate with 2+ years in sales/customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs.
• Proven ability to build relationships and refer products and services.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Strength in collaboration with teammates and partners.
• Self-motivated with ability to multitask.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Must complete SAFE Act checks and obtain NMLS identifier.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Support spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs.
• Get to know customers' personal financial goals and tailor solutions.
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking apps and ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
• Follow financial policies, cash handling rules, and applicable laws.
