Citizens Bankers at Citizens Bank are the face of the branch, helping customers with financial solutions and building lasting relationships through trusted advice. Starting salary is $25 per hour and up.

In this role you’ll use your strong communication to assess needs, recommend products, and guide customers on banking, home buying, cards, and digital tools via the app and ATMs. You’ll collaborate with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams and make outbound calls.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience meeting goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships and referring products/services via in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills using digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate with teammates, business partners and specialists.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Recommend tailored solutions to help achieve personal financial goals.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking options (app/ATMs).
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
