Zusammenfassung

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers through lease renewals and payments, building relationships by phone and in-store visits to ensure satisfaction with the product.

You will update accounts in the store system, contact customers who have not renewed, and support the Sales Team to meet daily and monthly revenue goals. A valid US driver’s license is required.

Qualifikationen

• US candidates must be 21+ with valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• DOT certification as required by state(s).
• Able to work 8am–9pm hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. solo and 300 lbs. with dolly.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with strong multitasking.
• Uphold the Aaron’s brand and professional appearance.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and update customer accounts in store computer system.
• Direct contact with customers with non-renewed lease agreements via home visits and phone.
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise in QA.
• Complete weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle.
• Safely operate company vehicle.
• Assist Sales Team as needed.
• Perform any reasonable duties requested by management.
