Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payment collections, and renew leases while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will build relations both in-store and face-to-face to move customers closer to ownership.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and strong multitasking to meet daily revenue and renewal goals. Incentives based on performance supplement hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ in the U.S. with a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record (MVR).
• Canada applicants must be at least 18.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in store system and schedule payments.
• Directly contact customers who have not renewed leases by in-home visits or calls.
• Promote benefits of timely lease renewals to customers.
• Assist the Customer Account Manager in meeting daily/weekly/monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Handle merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise in QA Center.
• Prepare weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets.
• Load and secure products in company vehicle and operate it safely.
• Support the Sales Team as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
