Job summary

Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customer, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to bring them closer to ownership.

Role emphasizes empathetic communication, multitasking, and achieving revenue/renewal goals while supporting the sales team and handling merchandise returns as needed.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT requirements for certification in required states.
• Able to work schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with a dolly.
• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including updating information in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed lease agreements, in home and by phone.
• Sell customers on timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue/renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle and safely operate the vehicle.
• Support the Sales Team as needed.
