Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers on lease payments and renewals, building strong relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership. The role emphasizes timely payment collections, renewal conversations, and high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities include maintaining account accuracy, contacting customers for renewals, achieving revenue targets, and supporting the sales team.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• United States 21+ years old with valid driver's license and MVR.
• Ability to work hours 8am–9pm and lift up to 50 lbs (300 lbs with dolly).

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer accounts, update information in the store system, document payment appointments.
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases via home visits or phone.
• Sell the benefits of timely lease renewals and drive payments.
• Assist the Customer Account Manager in meeting revenue and renewal goals.
• Support merchandise returns, guest deliveries, and general store operations.
• Maintain vehicle-related records, load and secure products, and ensure safety in vehicle use.
