Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Account Advisor in the Tallahassee area to coach customers, drive payment collections, and renew leases. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership.

The role emphasizes strong communication, high energy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while upholding Aaron’s brand and assets. Incentives are offered based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and DOT certification requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and up to 300 lbs. with a dolly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts in store systems and document payments.
• Contact customers who have not renewed Lease agreements by phone or in-home visits.
• Promote timely lease renewal payments and assist in achieving revenue goals.
• Support merchandise returns, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance records.
• Assist Sales Team and perform other duties as needed.
