Job summary

Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Account Advisor in Tampa to coach customers through payment collections and lease renewals while building relationships over the phone and in person. You will help customers understand lease benefits and drive satisfaction with the product.

The role emphasizes high-energy, excellent communication, and strong multitasking as you support daily revenue and renewal goals, assist with merchandise returns, and participate in vehicle duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store system.
• Contact customers with lease renewals and explain benefits.
• Sell the value of timely lease payments and renewals.
• Support revenue and renewal goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Assist with merchandise returns, guest deliveries, and vehicle duties.
