Job summary

Aaron's is hiring Customer Account Advisors to coach our customers, drive payment collections, and renew leases. You will build relationships over the phone and in person, guiding customers toward ownership while meeting performance targets.

Role emphasizes empathy, strong communication, and the ability to navigate conversations. Incentive pay complements the hourly base pay; the work includes in-store and in-home interactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts and update information in the store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases via in-home visits or phone.
• Sell the benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect products in the company vehicle.
• Operate the company vehicle safely.
• Assist the Sales Team and perform other duties as assigned.
