Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payments and renewals, and support ownership goals. You will build relationships over the phone and in person to ensure satisfaction and progress toward ownership of merchandise.

The role offers an hourly wage between $13.25 and $14.00 with incentive pay potential, plus a benefits package including health coverage and retirement options. The schedule includes evenings and six days per week as needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
