Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive collections and renewals, and foster ownership of merchandise. You’ll engage customers by phone and in-person to ensure satisfaction and progress toward ownership goals.

The role offers an hourly wage between $12.75 and $13.50 plus incentive pay based on performance, with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities across locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
